Visitors with special needs

The entrances and spaces of all BFM sites are accessible to visitors with disabilities.

ATTENTION! Due to ongoing renovation works on the building, from Wednesday 10 September 2025 access to BFM Polo Biologico will temporarily be from Corso Massimo D’Azeglio 50. The entrance includes two flights of stairs and is not suitable for wheelchair use.

The UniTO Library System – in collaboration with the UniTO Office for Students with Special Needs – provides textbooks in accessible format through the SensusLibrary service to students with temporary or permanent disabilities, including specific learning disability (SLD).

In addition, SensusAccess tool is available for the autonomous conversion of documents into formats suited to one's needs.
